Abstract
A previously healthy female teenager presents with chest tightness and syncope after exertion. Electrocardiogram results showed ST-segment elevation in leads V 1 through V 4 , aVL, and aVR, and laboratory results indicated elevated cardiac troponin T levels. What would you do next?
