Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what information Global Research Library ("we", "us"), a service of Science Catalogs, collects when you use globalresearchlibrary.com, and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account details. Signing in uses your Science Catalogs account. When you register we receive your name, email address, phone number, organisation, designation, profession and country.
- Your library. Articles you bookmark or add to your export list are stored against your account so they are available on any device.
- Messages. If you use the contact form we store your name, email, phone number, country, message and IP address so we can reply and prevent abuse.
- Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
You can search and read records without an account. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
Article data
Records in the library describe published scholarly works and are compiled from public scholarly sources. Author names and affiliations shown with a record are part of the published scholarly record.
How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your bookmarks and export lists.
- To answer messages and support requests.
- To keep the service secure and working.
- To send account emails such as verification and password-reset links.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers that host or operate the service for us, or where required by law.
