Abstract

The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in environmental remediation is expanding rapidly. AI is being used to monitor and analyse environmental data, to model and predict the behaviour of pollutants, and to develop new technologies for remediation. While there are some challenges and limitations to using AI in this context, the benefits are significant. AI can help by improving the accuracy and efficiency of environmental monitoring and in assessment, and it can also help to develop more effective and efficient remediation strategies. As AI continues to evolve continuously, it is likely to play an increasingly important role in the effort to protect and preserve our environment.
