Some new jobs that are emerging include artificial intelligence (AI) prompt engineers who specialize in crafting the best prompts to enter in AI tools like Grok and ChatGPT. The GOAL Learning Framework for this law offers a structured approach to how organizations can create meaningful and measurable growth for their people. It is divided into goal-oriented learning, on-the-job application, AI and adaptive learning, and learning analytics and performance tracking. Although the GOAL framework offers a roadmap for development, leaders need a diagnostic tool they can use to determine whether someone is truly on a path of progress or if it's time to have a hard, honest conversation. That's where the GROWTH curve comes in. It's a lens through which leaders can assess whether growth is happening, what might be blocking it, and how to move forward.
