Abstract

Micromanufacturing and nanomanufacturing refers to the production of devices and structures at microscopic (micro) and nanoscopic (nano) scales. These collaborative manufacturing processes among organizations are impactful for producing high-precision components for enhanced productivity used in industries such as electronics, biotechnology, medical, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals. Recent development of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning has shown enormous prospective to revolutionize the manufacturing industry with advanced analytical tools for comprehending the real-time data from sensors implant in production equipment. These AI-driven technologies enable to minimize errors and save downtime by predictive maintenance and real-time decision-making. As industries continue to demand more complex, high-performance components, the integration of AI into these manufacturing processes will play a pivotal role in meeting these challenges while driving productivity and cost-efficiency.
