Abstract

Flexible Dielectric Capacitors In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.202513315), Jong Wook Roh, Yuho Min, and co-workers present molten-salt-synthesized Ca-doped (K,Na,Li)NbO3 single-crystal relaxor ferroelectric microcubes. Ca incorporation suppresses defects and tunes symmetry, enabling flexible dielectric capacitors that deliver high recoverable energy density, rapid discharge, and excellent thermal/mechanical durability.
