Abstract

Tactile Sensors In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.202515914), Pin-Chuan Chen and co-workers present a mold-free and ultrafast fabrication strategy for tactile sensors using sequential grayscale digital-light-processing (s-gDLP) printing. Pixel-level grayscale modulation and dual UV exposure rapidly form microstructures and conductive layers in a single streamlined process. This fabrication approach creates a unique hierarchical microstructure design that enhances sensitivity, enables custom wearable sensor for multidirectional force detection, and supports scalable sensor arrays, demonstrating s-gDLP as a transformative approach for flexible and wearable electronics.
