Abstract

Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.202524830), Björn Busse and co-workers present a multiscale analysis of dental enamel affected by molar–incisor hypomineralization (MIH). High-resolution microcomputed tomography, Raman spectroscopy, focused ion beam–scanning electron microscopy, and synchrotron-based crystallographic techniques reveal structural and compositional variations across scales, providing new insights into enamel mineralization defects and the microstructural signatures associated with MIH.
