Abstract

Geometry-Guided Osteogenesis in Bone-on-a-Chip Systems In the Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/adhm.202502773), Han-Jun Kim, Junmin Lee, and co-workers introduce a Bone-on-a-Chip system which integrates triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) scaffolds of varying internal geometries. This 3D microfluidic culture setup allows fluid flow through the scaffold's unique microarchitecture, enabling the study of how scaffold shape influences cell growth and differentiation on its surface to promote osteogenesis.
