Abstract

Immune Modulation for Osteogenesis In the Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/adhm.202502466), J. Kent Leach and co-workers show that inflammatory microenvironments are influenced by controlled release of immunomodulatory factors. The designed effects are two-fold: to alter macrophage polarization to an anti-inflammatory phenotype and promote mesenchymal stromal cell differentiation to osteoblasts.
