Abstract

Acute Lung Injury This cover illustrates a multifunctional hyaluronic acid-based sub-microgels as a lung-targeted delivery platform for resatorvid, combining antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions. The system scavenges intracellular reactive oxygen species, suppresses pro-inflammatory pathways, and exhibits strong biocompatibility in a bleomycin-induced acute lung injury model. Dynamic bonding enhances stability and targeting, highlighting its therapeutic potential for ALI/ARDS and related inflammatory diseases. Bin Duan and co-workers (DOI: 10.1002/adhm.202505916).
