Dendrimers Improve Apolipoprotein Nanoparticle mRNA Delivery to Immune Cells (Adv. Mater. 3/2026)
Abstract
mRNA Delivery Apolipoprotein nanoparticles (aNPs) are composed of natural nanomaterials—including phospholipids, sterols, triglycerides, and apolipoprotein A1—and contain rationally designed polyvalent ionizable cationic dendrimers for efficient mRNA complexation. After intravenous administration, aNPs functionally deliver mRNA to myeloid cells in the circulation and their progenitors in the bone marrow.
