Abstract

Polyphenol Nanoparticle Engineering On the cover, polyphenol molecules act as dynamic molecular architects, directing lipids to self-assemble into nanostructured lipid nanoparticles with crystalline cubic mesophases. The ordered internal architectures enable the encapsulation of diverse cargos ranging from small molecules and proteins to mRNA. This polyphenol-mediated strategy establishes a versatile and modular platform for advanced therapeutic delivery and architectural nanomaterial design.
