Abstract

Lung Cancer Metastasis This cover illustrates the molecular cascade driving lung cancer metastasis. DCAF12 (top left), depicted as a master regulator, emits silver ubiquitin signals that direct the assembly of free TRiC/CCT subunits into a central protein-folding machine. Upon activation, this nanomachine paves the way for tumor invasion and distant spread by enhancing cytoskeletal integrity and ensuring the precise folding of oncogenic client proteins, revealing a novel therapeutic axis for metastatic disease.
