Electron‐Mediator‐Free Microfluidic Photocatalytic Coenzyme Regeneration with 100% Conversion Efficiency within 126 S (Adv. Sci. 10/2026)
Abstract
Ultrafast Photocatalytic Regeneration of Coenzymes in a Microfluidic Reactor Inspired by the myth “Nüwa Mends the Sky,” this study presents a microfluidic photoreactor that emulates the restorative legend. By utilizing BiOBr nanosheets to drive catalysis, it achieves 100% conversion efficiency in the ultra-fast regeneration of NADH from NAD+, demonstrating significant potential for green synthesis and the repair of biological cycles.
