Abstract

Humanized and Charge-Optimized CSPG4-Specific CAR-T Cells The cover depicts a “scientific hammer of Thor” as a metaphor for the humanized and charge-optimized CSPG4 CAR. A stylized murine symbol at the hammer's core represents the grafted CDRs conferring tumor specificity. A strong arm wielding the hammer channels DNA strand patterns to illustrate humanized framework construction, while lightning converging on the hammer depicts surface charge optimization. This combined force strikes a CSPG4 covered tumor mountain, visualizing the rational engineering strategy that enhances CAR efficacy.
