Abstract

Climate Change Threatens Micronutrient Density of European Winter Wheat Wheat is one of the world's major staple crops and an important dietary source of minerals and B vitamins. The cover illustrates how projected future climate scenarios, including atmospheric CO2, temperature, and precipitation, progressively diminish micronutrient density in wheat grains, highlighting a potential future challenge for global food security and public health. Cover concept by Da Cao and Dominique Van Der Straeten. More details can be found in the Research Article by Dominique Van Der Straeten and co-workers (DOI: 10.1002/advs.202513322).
