Abstract

Perovskite Solar Cells To overcome the thermal instability of perovskite layers induced by conventional passivation materials, a nonionic binary compound, N,N-dimethylbenzenesulfonamide (DMBSA) is developed. The image visualizes enhanced thermal stability of perovskite layers, where DMBSA-passivated perovskite grains are depicted as protected rocks enclosed in spheres on a lava field, contrasting with the surrounding molten rocks that represent degraded untreated grains under extreme heat.
