Abstract

Zosteriform Lichen Planus is a rare clinical variant that can mimic herpes zoster or other dermatomal eruptions. Dermoscopy can serve as a valuable, noninvasive tool for early and accurate diagnosis. Clinicians should be aware of this pattern of the disease to avoid misdiagnosis and ensure appropriate management.
