Novel Hemostatic Powder as Rescue Therapy for Persistent Oozing Following Endoscopic Papillectomy
Abstract
Tanisaka and colleagues reported the use of a novel hemostatic powder as rescue therapy for persistent oozing following endoscopic papillectomy after unsuccessful clipping. The agent formed a protective barrier over the bleeding site and achieved hemostasis, suggesting its potential utility for managing post-endoscopic papillectomy bleeding.
