Laser‐Scanning Infrared‐Raman‐Fluorescence Microscopy for Metabolic Flux Imaging in Living Organisms (Laser Photonics Rev. 20(7)/2026)
Abstract
Laser-Scanning Infrared-Raman-Fluorescence Microscopy The cover art presents LS-INSPIRE microscopy, a real-time multimodal platform that simultaneously captures infrared, Raman, and fluorescence signals through innovative zero-dispersion laser scanning. This approach overcomes the traditional trade-off between imaging throughput and chemical specificity, enabling visualization of molecular dynamics in living systems.
