SID Bylaw Changes

Information Display (SID), there are a several proposed bylaws changes that are being sought by the Executive Committee (EC) for membership approval.They are presented and explained herein for your information.The basis for some of these changes comes from recommendations by legal experts for California nonprofit organizations and relate to the governance of SID.This link provides additional information on some of these recommendations: https:// www.callutheran.edu/centers/nonprofit/news.html?id=15168.SID leadership and SID's legal counsel have reviewed these proposed changes and recommend that they be adopted.In the upcoming annual ballot, the membership of SID will be asked to vote with an affirmative to achieve a majority and pass these changes.
