Abstract

Bacteriophage Delivery In article number 2500530, Miroslav Šoóš and co-workers present an effective nanodelivery system for bacteriophages based on non-ionic surfactant vesicles (niosomes) to combat antibiotic-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Efficient phage encapsulation was achieved by optimizing the concentration of stearylamine, a positively charged co-surfactant. This strategy ensures stable phage delivery under extreme pH conditions and enhanced bioactivity.
