Meet your BVA team

I lead the membership team at BVA. We're here to provide a wide range of support to our community of 19,000 members from all parts of the profession and at varying stages of their careers. We ensure you're able to join, access your benefits and of course, pay your subs! We're here to answer a range of queries as efficiently as possible so people can get on with their ‘day job’. It's my mission to ensure all our members get the best value from their membership, so I work closely with our partners to explore new member benefits. While I have worked in the membership sector for a number of years, I'm relatively new to the veterinary world. I've really enjoyed meeting vets in person, whether on a visit to a practice, through our volunteers or at BVA Live. I've been so taken with the passion, professionalism, commitment and friendliness of vets (especially our members!). I've also found meeting vet students and young vets really rewarding: I've been blown away by their knowledge and determination to make a positive contribution to the wider sector.
