Abstract

In the originally published article, Table 4 contains inaccuracies regarding the capabilities of the GLMcat and brms R packages. For the GLMcat package, several link functions were not marked as supported, although they are fully implemented for the cumulative, adjacent, and continuation ratio ordinal model families. In addition, the table indicates that the "stopping ratio" model is not included in GLMcat, whereas this formulation is equivalent to the continuation ratio model, which is implemented in the package. In the same table, the probit and cauchit link functions were not indicated as available in the brms package, although they are implemented and should be considered supported. These issues affect the accuracy of the package comparison but do not alter the conclusions of the article.Below is the corrected Table 4.
