R4–Event-Tree PTHA of Coastal Inundation with Tidal Uncertainty Treatment
Abstract
Abstract This recipe describes the methodology used to derive probabilistic inundation maps for coastal regions threatened by tsunamis of tectonic origin. It includes the development of an event-tree probabilistic tsunami hazard assessment (PTHA) approach, accounting for both near and distant earthquake sources.
