Abstract
Abstract In this section, we summarize our key findings and the framework for holistic process digitalization and its further development. We embed these findings in initial situations from corporate practice and clarify the relationship between process management activities and socio-technical system design. Finally, organizational leaders learn about the success-critical factors influencing a holistic approach.
