Abstract

If biased decision-making processes can be assessed and measured in real-time, bias mitigation strategies can do more than simply educate analysts beforehand. Real-time bias mitigation strategies have the potential to intervene at a more effective time. In this chapter, we describe a suite of interventions that could be utilized to mitigate biases in real-time.
