Abstract

For the past 21 years, Gayle Brazeau has served as an associate editor (2004–2014) and Editor-in-Chief (2014–2025) of the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education (AJPE). In a 2024 Journal piece, Dr. Brazeau observed that “Leaving a position of power at any level of ‘titled’ leadership is never easy.”1 Indeed, her departure from our team will certainly not be easy.
