Abstract

N- verde fertilizer is obtained by converting Gliricidia sepium biomass into pellets, constituting a renewable source of nitrogen (N) for ecologically based agriculture. This study evaluated its agronomic efficiency in two consecutive lettuce cultivation cycles (2022–2023). Treatments included different N rates to determine the most viable dose, and lettuce yield was compared with poultry litter and castor bean cake, in an experimental design with five replications, and the experimental variability was considered low for a field study (
