Abstract

We read with great interest the systematic review by Huang Z et al., which describes that exercise therapy significantly benefits functional dyspepsia patients, showing that all studies reported symptoms improvement. We have several comments regarding the pathophysiology of functional dyspepsia and its potential link to the findings described by Huang Z et al. [1].
