Abstract

The affinity constants (KD) of the differently conjugated low-fucose IgG1s for FcγRIIIa were incorrectly stated as 3.1–4.8 × 10−⁹ M due to a typographical error and should instead read 3.1–4.8 × 10−⁷ M. This error appears in Table 2 and in the Results section, subsection 2.4.2 SPR analysis of antibody conjugation effect on FcγR binding. The corrected sentence should read as follows: “The binding affinities to FcγRIIIa showed a similar pattern to FcγRI, albeit with a lower magnitude (KD range between 3.1 and 4.8 × 10−⁷ M) (Table 2), which is expected as FcγRIIIa has low-to-moderate affinity for IgG1 compared to FcγRI.” This was a typographical error. The underlying data and sensorgrams are correct, and this correction does not affect any other data, figures, or conclusions of the study. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
