Reconsideration of Response Assessment in Obinutuzumab-Treated Membranous Nephropathy
Abstract
We read with great interest the study by Su et al.¹ reporting clinical and immunologic outcomes of patients with primary membranous nephropathy treated with obinutuzumab.The authors should be commended for addressing an important and evolving therapeutic area.After careful review of Table 3, which details patients classified as non-responders, we would like to highlight several points that may merit further consideration.
