Abstract

Adjuvant abemaciclib significantly improves invasive disease-free survival and overall survival in patients (pts) with high-risk HR+/HER2- breast cancer (BC). Toxicity management and treatment adherence remain key issues in clinical practice, and real world data may provide insights into treatment optimization.
