Abstract

Adjuvant CDK4/6 inhibitors are standard of care for patients with intermediate- and high-risk HR+/HER2– early breast cancer. However, treatment-related toxicities and quality-of-life impairment may affect adherence. Dose adjustments are commonly used to improve tolerance, particularly in older patients, though real-world data are limited.
