Abstract

Induction nivolumab plus ipilimumab associated with RT-CT is a promising treatment intensification strategy (Ray-Coquard et al., Nature Comm 2026) in LACC. Although immune modulation and early tumor responses have been previously reported, there is less information on survival outcomes and their relation to baseline immune parameters. Here we report the final survival outcomes of the multicenter single arm COLIBRI study, including exploratory immuno-based subgroup analyses.
