A numerical approximation for the Fourier transform via the Henstock–Kurzweil integral
Abstract
The Henstock-Kurzweil integral takes up the ideas of Bernard Riemman by modifying the length of the intervals through a gauge function. In recent years, important results have been obtained in Fourier Analysis using the Henstock Kurzweil integral for nonLebesgue integrable functions. Within the scope of this article, some applications are contemplated, for functions of bounded variation that vanish at infinity, the first application consists of obtaining numerical estimates via computation with Hake’s Theorem.
