Abstract

The integration of genomic data into the electronic health record (EHR) is a key step toward precision medicine. In October 2025, UCLA Health launched the Epic Genomics Module for three pilot indications, aiming to empower primary care providers (PCP) to implement guideline-based, individualized health maintenance plans for clinically actionable genomic findings.
