Abstract

Cancer predisposition syndromes (CPS), identified through germline genetic testing, account for approximately 7-15% of pediatric cancer diagnoses. This study aimed to develop and validate a next generation sequencing (NGS) panel for the detection of germline variants in genes associated with pediatric solid tumors and CPS.
