P738: Disparities in prenatal genetic testing by insurance status
Abstract
Advances in prenatal genetic screening, including cell-free DNA screening (cfDNA) and expanded carrier screening (ECS), have improved early detection of fetal genetic conditions. Despite growing availability, disparities in access and utilization may persist among marginalized populations. We hypothesize that there are differences in utilization and timing of cfDNA and ECS based on prenatal care site and insurance payer status.
