Abstract

Results were discussed with the patient by genetic counselor, maternal fetal medicine and perinatal palliative care. Pregnancy initially chose expectant management but ultimately underwent induction of labor at 21w3d with care by the perinatal palliative care team. The patient roomed in with the infant and had opportunities for memory making.
