Abstract

plasmablasts with cizutamig selectively reduced serum immunoglobulins, with a disproportionately greater reduction in IgA than in IgG and IgM. Together, these data identify BCMA as a promising therapeutic target in IgAN and support further clinical evaluation of BCMA-directed therapies.
