Left bundle branch area pacing from the functional right ventricle in Ebstein’s anomaly with atrioventricular block
Abstract
Ebstein’s anomaly is characterized by apical displacement of the septal and posterior tricuspid valve leaflets, resulting in atrialization of the right ventricle. In patients with Ebstein’s anomaly, atrioventricular block (AVB) may occur after tricuspid valve repair; however, preoperative AVB has rarely been reported.
