Abstract
We thank Papakonstantinou et al1 for their thoughtful comments regarding our recent report on superior vena cava (SVC) isolation using the balloon-in-basket pulsed field ablation (BiB-PFA) system. We appreciate their complementary insights, particularly on procedural safety, which reinforce and extend our findings.
