Abstract

Concealed nodoventricular pathways (cNVPs) are rare accessory pathways (APs) that connect the atrioventricular node to the ventricular myocardium. cNVPs have been shown to serve as an essential limb of orthodromic reciprocating tachycardia.1,2 However, in the setting of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), they may instead act as bystander pathways.3-6 While previous studies have suggested a nodal insertion of cNVPs, the precise location of their ventricular insertion remains poorly defined, partly due to technical limitations of three-dimensional mapping.
