Day-ahead and intra-day coordinated optimal scheduling of hydrogen production-mixed integrated energy system coupled with offshore wind power
Abstract
With the development of electrolytic water hydrogen production and hydrogen-mixed natural gas technologies, offshore wind surplus electricity-based hydrogen production effectively boosts offshore wind consumption and low-carbon operation of integrated energy systems. Considering multi-time-scale multi-energy flow fluctuations, this paper proposes a day-ahead and intra-day coordinated scheduling strategy for offshore wind-coupled hydrogen production-mixing systems, modeling dynamic hydrogen production efficiency and start-stop characteristics, and establishing rolling optimization models. Case studies show that compared with day-ahead scheduling, intra-day optimization cuts wind curtailment penalty from 15.32 to 13.21 ten-thousand yuan, carbon emission cost from 4.21 to 3.87 ten-thousand yuan, and total system cost from 302.85 to 296.05 ten-thousand yuan, effectively adapting to multi-time-scale forecast uncertainties and enhancing system flexibility.
