The impact and prediction of green talents on China economic development

With China's economic and social development, the demographic dividend is accelerating its transformation into a talent dividend. Green talents have injected lasting impetus into sustainable economic development. This paper selects China's panel data from 2000 to 2021 as the research object and uses the principal component analysis method to deeply analyze the impact of green talents on China's economy. Through multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that there are five influencing factors that have a good predictive effect on China's GDP. They are Investment in the Treatment of Environmental Pollution, Total Energy Consumption, Undergraduates Number, Green Labor Force, and Gross Dependency Ratio.
