• Life Cycle Assessment of meagre fed with insect meal as fishmeal replacement. • Moderate insect meal inclusion (10-20%) improves several environmental impacts. • High inclusion (30%) reduces feed impacts but worsen performance of fish. • Results highlight trade-offs and the need for optimized aquafeed formulations.
