Abstract

The combined influence of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD), wall slip, and heat transfer on peristaltic transport of fluid–particle suspensions remains insufficiently understood. The main objective of this investigation is to examine how magnetohydrodynamics, wall slip, and particulate fluid suspension collectively influence the velocity field, pressure gradient, heat transfer, and frictional forces in a peristaltic wavy channel. This investigation aims to provide clear insights into the hydrodynamic and thermal behavior of suspended flow. The governing equations are solved using the perturbation method under low–Reynolds-number assumptions. The results for velocity profile, pressure gradient, and heat transfer are presented graphically. Through these results, the friction force is strongly influenced by the change in flow dynamics parameters, particularly with MHD. Additionally, the slipping parameter is shown to be strongly correlated with the axial velocity. Moreover, the temperature distribution increases explicably with the augmentation in suspension parameter (C). The results present that the combined effects of magnetic field, wall slip, and particulate suspension lead to enhanced control over both velocity and thermal profiles. This investigation sheds light on the complex dynamics of flow through a peristaltic wavy channel under the combined effect of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD), wall slip, and heat transfer.
