Abstract

The optimization of thermal management and energy efficiency in fluid flow over a stretchable or shrinkable curved surface, with the addition of ternary nanoparticles, plays a dynamic role in the strategy of equipment regulated in industrial processes. The practical applications of this type of governing phenomenon are evident in energy production from reactors, thermal exchangers, geothermal reservoir systems, and many other systems. So, the prime intention of conducting this research is to inspect the thermal transportation of ternary hybridized Cu-Zn-Ag/H 2 O nanomaterial over a shrinkable surface of a curved object. The shrinking and stretching motion of the curved is accounted to notice their impact on flow velocity and temperature deviation. The role of buoyancy forces produced due to free and forced convection because of temperature gradient and external motion is also considered. Using all the physical factors framed in the arrangement of dimensionless ODEs after the conversion of PDE's through a similar transformation approach. MATLAB bvp4c solver is applied to found a dual solution of constructed problems for critical values of different parameters. The significance of important involved parameters on associated distributions for stable and unstable branch solutions is revealed in a graphical and tabular manner. A comparison of quantities of interest with the presence and absence of velocity slip and fluid varying properties is presented comprehensively. The presence of velocity slip and fluid-varying properties marginally boosts the friction factor and heat transportation but significantly extends the shrinking domain.
